Holiday Eating
Instead of eating every sweet treat or unhealthy food you see in front of you try the following:
- Plan ahead what you would like to eat (I would love a dessert & chips)
- Limit your self to 1 or 2 of these foods
- Workout a few times during the week
- Eat extremely healthy for a week prior including a lot of vegetables
- Congratulate yourself after having excellent discipline and try again at the next holiday
