<li><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #351c75;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Eat extremely healthy for a week prior including a lot of vegetables</span></span></li>
<li><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #351c75;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Congratulate yourself after having excellent discipline and try again at the next holiday</span></span></li>
