Holiday Eating


Instead of eating every sweet treat or unhealthy food you see in front of you try the following:



  1. Plan ahead what you would like to eat (I would love a dessert & chips)
  2. Limit your self to 1 or 2 of these foods
  3. Workout a few times during the week
  4. Eat extremely healthy for a week prior including a lot of vegetables
  5. Congratulate yourself after having excellent discipline and try again at the next holiday
