Holiday Eating

Instead of eating every sweet treat or unhealthy food you see in front of you try the following:

  1. Plan ahead what you would like to eat (I would love a dessert & chips)
  2. Limit your self to 1 or 2 of these foods
  3. Workout a few times during the week
  4. Eat extremely healthy for a week prior including a lot of vegetables
  5. Congratulate yourself after having excellent discipline and try again at the next holiday

Can't find organic chocolate milk for the kids or yourself and don't want to pay $4 for a half gallon? Try making it yourself with 2 TBSP. cocoa powder and  1 TBSP. agave - just shake and enjoy!
